As a member of the PICPA’s Fiscal Responsibility Task Force, Jason Skrinak of Pivot Strategic Consulting recently participated in the creation of the organization’s report for the Pennsylvania House Finance Committee. The report provides a summary of the most pressing issues and concerns surrounding state taxes, while examining the potential cost savings and streamlining opportunities within Human Services and Public Education in Pennsylvania.

The goal of the Fiscal Responsibility Task Force is to provide a non-partisan assessment of tax issues and strategic guidance to state decision makers, similarly to how CPAs would advise their clients.
